Chavez: Next US president must quit domineering policies
President Hugo Chavez said he doesn't support either American presidential candidate but that whoever wins should not try to dominate the world.
Chavez said the future president must demonstrate that he will truly change the United States' focus on the world.
Chavez routinely refers to America as "the empire," and has criticized President George W. Bush for violating countries' sovereignty and trying to control the world.
Chavez said South American countries won't be anybody's colony.
