Supreme Leader congratulates Iran’s wrestling championship
The Supreme Leader has congratulated Iran’s winning the World Cup Freestyle Championship and 2nd place for World Cup Greco-Roman Championship which ended Friday night in Tehran.According to MNA, Ayatollah Khamenei sent a congratulatory message to IRI national Wrestling Team and congratulated the World Cup freestyle Wrestling championship and 2nd place standing of Greco-Roman style Championship to all Iranian wrestlers, coaches and officials.
In his message, The Leader of the Islamic Revolution expressed his hope that the successes of “our young and capable champions increase in various fields, including sports fields every day.”
World Cup freestyle Wrestling Championship ended Friday, with Iran winning the championship of the world, Russia and the US taking the 2nd and 3rd place.
