Ingredients:
• ¾ c. light fruit-flavored yogurt
• 1 tbsp. raisins
• 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
• 1/3 c. strawberries
Utensils:

• measuring spoon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a plastic cup.
