Development of Zionist settlements due to Israeli regime’s failure
A senior Iranian legislator, Mansour Haqiqatpour, has noted that the development of Zionist settlements is the result of the failure of usurper Israeli regime in the 8-day Gaza war.
According to IRIB World Service, on Saturday, the senior Iranian MP noted that the eight-day Gaza War saw the crushing defeat of the Zionist regime's army by the courageous Palestinian resistance forces and in fact in this war the fragility of the Zionist regime's army was revealed more than ever.
He underlined that the development of Zionist settlements shows that the usurper Israeli regime doesn't believe in the compromise talks.
Meanwhile, the foreign ministers of the 27-nation European Union issued a statement on December 10, 2012, announcing that they are deeply concerned over the Israeli regime's development of Zionist settlements, and naming such a measure a threat against efforts for establishment of peace in the region.
