Bani Hashim ----- 40 Hadiths
    He who compares & likens Allah to His creations is a polytheist & the one who attributes something which has been forbidden for HIM is an infidel. (WASAIL U SHIA , VOL 18 , P 557)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) مَنْ شَبَّهَ اللهَ بِخَلْقِهِ فَهُوَ مُشْرِكٌ وَ مَنْ نَسَبَ اِلَيْهِ ما نَهي عَنْهُ فَهُوَ كافِرٌ ( وسائل الشيعه ج18ص557)
    Faith is to one grade superior & sublimer to Islam & piety is one degree superior to faith & certitulde & certainity is one step superior to faith & nothing more elegant & excellent than certitude has been bestowed upon the sons of Adam(A.S.) (BIHAR UL ANWAR , VOL 78 , P 338)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) إِنَ اْلايمانَ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ اْلإِسْلامِ بِدَرَجَةِ وَ التَّقْوي أْفْضَلُ مِنَ الايمانِ بِدَرَجَةٍ وَ الْيَقينُ اَفْضَلُ مِنَ اْلايمانِ بِدَرَجَةٍ وَلَمّ يُعْطَ بَنُو آدَمَ أَفْضَلَ مِنَ الْيَقينِ . (بحار الانوار ج78ص338)
    Faith has four pillars: Trusting & relying upon Allah , & contentment & pleasure with the devine will , & submittance to the ordain & ordinance of Allah , & delegation & turning over (the affairs) to Allah. ie (Total submission & resignment to Allah). (BIHAR UL ANWAR , VOL 78 , P 338)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع)   اَلاْيمانُ اَرْبَعَةُ اَرْكانٍ: اَلتَوَكُّلُ عَلَي اللهِ وَ الْرِّضا بِقَضاءِ اللهِ وَ الّتَسلِيمُ لأَمْرُ اللهِ وَ الْتَّفْويضُ إِلي اللهِ . (بحار الانوار ج78ص338)
    And faith means performing & discharging the obigatory duties & avoiding the committing of forbidden acts & faith is the recognition & knowing (Allah) through the hear & admitting & confessing through the tongue & practicing through the pans of body (Physically). (TUHFUL AQOOL , P 422)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) وَ اْلايمانُ اَداءُ الْفَرائِضِ وَاجْتِنابُ الْمَحارِمِ وَاْلإيمانُ هُوَ مَعَرِفَةٌ بِالْقَلْبِ وَإقْرارٌ باللِّسانِ وَ عَمَلٌ بِاْلأرْكانِ . ( تحف العقول ص422)
    One day Imam Reza(A.S.) mentioned Quran & so he described the magnanimity & glory of its authority & its miracles saying , " , That is the firm cable of Allah & firmest handhold & the ideal & model path , it guides & leads toward paradise & is the saviour from the fire (of Hell). it does not corrode & wear out by the passage & flow of time. More over , its continuous repetition & recitation through the tongue does not devalue & deppreciate it , since , it is not made to exist for a certain age & period apart from other ages & periods. Instead , it has been made a proof & logic for all human beings.Falsehood does nither find passage in the front & afore of it nor from its back side.It has been descended (revelated) by Allah , the All wise , All praise worthy.     قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) ذَكَر الرِّضا (ع) يَوْمَاً الْقُرآنَ فَعَظَمُ الْحُجَةُ فيهِ وَ الآيَةَ الْمُعْجِزَةَ في نَظْمِهِ فَقالَ هُوَ حَبْلُ اللهِ الْمَتينُ وَ غُرْوَتُهُ الْوُثْقي و َطَريقَتُهُ الْمُثْلي الْمُؤَدِّي اِلَي الجَنَةِ وَ الْمُنْجِي مِنَ النّارِ لايخلق مِنْ اْلأزْمِنَةِ وَ لايَغثَ عَلي اْلأَلْسِنَةِ لاَنَهُ لَمْ يَجْعَلُ لِزَمانٍ دُونَ زَمانٍ بَلْ جُعِلَ دَليلَ الْبُرْهانِ وَ حُجَّةً عَلي كُلّ اِنْسانٍ لايَأْتِيِهِ اللباطِلُ مِنْ بِيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَ لا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنزيلٌ مِنْ حَكيمٍ حَميدٍ.     Rayyan says I said to Imam Reza(A.S.) " , What do you say about Quron?" So he replied " , it is the speech of Allah , do not exceed & move ahead of it & do not seek guidance from other than it , otherwise , you would go astray." (BIHAR UL ANWAR , VOL 92 , P 117)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) قُلْتُ لِلرِضا عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ :ما تَقُولُ في اْلقُرْآنِ ؟ فَقالَ كَلامُ اللهِ لا تَتَّجاوَزُوهُ وَ لاتَطْلُبُوا الْهُدي في غَيْرِهِ فَتَضِلُّوا (بحار الانوار ج92ص117)
    "Indeed Imamate is the rein of religion & the system of muslims & the righteousness & welfare of the world & the honour & glory of faithfuls. verily , Imamate is the growing & ongoing root of Islam & its elevated & sublime branch .Services , alms , fasting , Hajj & Jehad (the holy war) attain completion & perfection & the booty (tributes) & alms gets plentiful & abundant , & the Allahs bounds , sanctions , & ordinances get executed , & the frontiers & bounderies (of Islamic lands) get safe & secure , through Imam. (USOOL E KAFI , VOL 1 , P 200)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) اِنَ اْلاِمامَةَ زِمامُ الدّينِ وَ نِظامُ الْمُسْلِمينَ وَ صَلاحُ الْدُنْيا وَ عِزُّ الْمُؤْمِنِين اِنَّ اْلإمامَةَ اُسُّ اْلاِسْلامِ النّامِي وَ فَرْعُهُ السّامِي بِاْلاِمامِ تَمامُ الّصَّلاةِ وَ الزَّكوةِ وَ الصِّيامِ وَ الْحَجَّ وَ الْجَهادِ وَ تَوْفيرُ الْفَيءِ وَ الصَّدَقاتِ وَ اِمْضاءُ الّحُدودِ وَ اْلاَحْكامِ وَ مَنَعَ الثُّغُورِ و اْلأَطْرافِ. ( اصول الكافي ج1ص200)
    About the workers & officials of sultan (king , ruler). Becoming a part of the oficials of them & providing of help & assistance to them & putting in endevour to fulfill their needs & requirments is the equivalent to infidelity. And looking intentionally & purposely at them is one of the great sins which deems one fit to deserve the hell fire. (BIHAR UL ANWAR , VOL 75 , P 374)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) في اَعْمالِ الْسُلْطانِ اَلدُّخُولُ في اَعْمالِهِمْ وَ الْعَوْنُ لَهُمْ وَ السَّعْيُ في حَوائِجِهِمْ عَديلُ الْكُفْرِ وَ النَّظَرُ اِلَيْهِمْ عَلي الْعَمْدِ مِنَ الْكَبائِرِ الَّتي يُسْتَحَقُ بِهِ [بِهَا] النّارُ. (بحار الانوار ج75ص374)
    Allah may take pity & be mericiful to the servant who resurrects & revives our affair so I said " , And how is it that your affair gets revived?" He responded" , By learning our knowledges & teaching them to the people. " (WASAIL U SHIA , VOL 18 , P 102)
    قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) رَحِمَ اللهُ عَبْداً أَحْيَا اَمْرِنا ( قُلْتُ ) : وَ كَيْفَ يُحْيي اَمْرَكُمْ ؟ قالَ : يَتَعَلَمُ عُلُومَنا وَ يُعَلِّمُها النّاسَ ( وسائل الشيعه ج18ص102)
    A faithful will not become (real) faithful till such time he acquires three qualities: A way of Allahs treatment (sunnan Allah) a Prophets rule & a rule of his saint. However , the Allahs treatment is the concealing of his secret. Allah saidعالم الغيب ...فلا يظهر علي غيبه احدا الا من ارتضي من رسول."The knower of the unseen! So he does not reveal his secret to any. Except to him whome he chooses as an apostle."More over , the sunnah & rule of the Prophet(P.B.U.H.) is conciliation with the people. So Allah commanded the Prophet(P.B.U.H.) to conciliate with the masses saying."خذ العفو وامر بالعرف"Take to forgiveness & enjoin good."Never the less , the rule of his saint is "Excersicsing patience & endurance in (the times of) adversities poverty & apprehensions.     قال علي بن موسی رضا (ع) لايَكُونُ الْمُوْمِنُ مُؤْمِناً حَتي يَكُونَ فِيهِ ثَلاثُ خِصالٍ : سُنَّةٌ مِنْ رَبِهِ وَ سُنَةٌ مِنْ نَبِيِهِ وَ سُنَّةٌ مِنْ وَلِيِهِ فَأَمَّا السُّنَّةٌ مِنْ رَبِهِ فَكِتْمانُ سِرِهِ قالَ اللهُ عَزَوَجَلَ : «عالِمُ الْغِيْبِ فَلا يُظْهِرُ عَلي غَيْبِهِ اَحَداٌ اِلا مَنِ ارْتَضي مِنْ رَسُولٍ » وَ اَمَّا الْسُنَةُ مِنْ نَبِيِهِ فَمُداراةُ النّاسِ فَإنَّ اللهَ عَزَوَجَلَ أَمَرَ نَبِيِّهُ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ بِمُداراةِ الْناسِ فَقالَ :«خُذِ الْعَفّوَ وَ أَمْرَ بِالْعُرْفِ » وَ أَما السُّنَّةٌ مِنْ وَلِيِهِ فَالْصَبْرُ فِي الّبَأساءِ وَ الضَّراءِ .
