Passed away on Monday 28th of the month of safar , the year , 11th Hijrah , In Medina at the age of 63 years. His Holy shrine , is situated besides the Prophet's mosque , in Medina.

1. Before Prophethood (40 years). 2. After Proph ethood in Mecca. (13 years) 3. Post migration from Mecca to Medina & the foundation laying of Islamic state (approx 10 years).
